Intelligent packaging is an indicator that has the capability to condition of packaged foods and their environment through indicator. This study aims determine anthocyanin levels, pH sensitivity, solubility, swelling, water content in intelligent based on cassava starch with addition purple sweet potato extract. The method this research separated into two stages, which are extraction development film. Furthermore, conducted analyze physico-chemical properties used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) various extracts films 0%; 5%; 10%; 15% (v/v). results showed film extract best sensitivity color result 76.07 (L), 23.56 (a), 7.88 (b), solubility 52.15%, swelling power 133.90%, it 15.46% content. significantly affected total sensitivity. more added film, obvious changes, higher but lower properties.
